BUILT AROUND YOUR WORKFLOW

One connected view
of field operations.

Agrisoftware connects the information collected in the field with the teams managing a programme. We start with your users, forms and reporting needs, then define the software modules that fit.

Farmer and beneficiary records

Plan a shared register for farmers, households, groups and clusters. Agree identifiers, required fields and verification steps so teams can connect activities to the right records.

Crop, livestock and livelihood monitoring

Design records for seasonal activities, field visits, training and production. Reporting should follow the programme’s actual indicators and reporting periods.

Field data collection apps

Build mobile workflows for registrations, surveys and activity updates. Language support, device requirements and any offline synchronisation need to be agreed during discovery.

Agriculture MIS and dashboards

Connect field submissions with review, approvals and reports for block, district and programme teams. Define who can view, edit, approve and export each record.

FPO and FPC operations

Scope member records, procurement, input distribution, inventory and sales around the organisation’s processes. Accounting or payment integrations depend on the systems and requirements agreed.

NGO and CSR programme reporting

Bring beneficiary activities, training records and programme reporting into a consistent workflow. Agree indicators, evidence requirements and permissions before development.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT SYSTEM

Farm management
or programme MIS?

Farm management software focuses on an individual farm’s crop plans, inputs, tasks and production. An agriculture programme MIS connects many farmers, field teams, locations and reporting levels. Your project may need elements of both.

Bring a sample registration form, a monthly report and a description of your approval process. These help define the data model and identify which workflows should be included in the first release.

CHOOSE YOUR STARTING POINT

Software for your
agriculture organisation.

Start with the records your team struggles to keep consistent. These examples describe possible project scope; the final modules depend on your requirements.

FPO and FPC operations

A Farmer Producer Organisation (FPO) or Farmer Producer Company (FPC) may need to connect member records with input distribution, produce aggregation and inventory.

Start with: a member register, an input issue record and a stock report. Define units, returns and corrections before connecting sales or accounting tools.

NGO and livelihood programmes

Connect beneficiary registration, training attendance, field activities and programme indicators across locations. Keep submitted activities separate from verified report totals.

Start with: a beneficiary form, an activity register and a monthly report. Agree whether each indicator counts people, households or activities.

Cluster and field teams

Connect farmer records, cluster details and sector-wise programme views. Field users and managers need different screens and permissions for their responsibilities.

Start with: location hierarchies, user roles and review steps. Record any language, device or connectivity constraints in the brief.

AN EXAMPLE TO DISCUSS

From farmer registration
to a programme report.

This illustrative workflow shows how an agriculture management information system (MIS) can connect records. It is a planning example, not a measured project result.

01

Register

A field worker records a farmer against the agreed village, group or cluster identifier and checks for an existing record.

02

Record an activity

A visit, training or production record links back to that farmer, with an activity date and the required supporting details.

03

Review

A supervisor checks the submission and approves it or returns it for correction, using the agreed permission rules.

04

Report

The approved activity enters the relevant reporting period. Reports distinguish unique participants from total activities.

SCOPE BEFORE DEVELOPMENT

What shapes the cost
and delivery timeline?

A registration and reporting portal has a different scope from a web platform with mobile apps, migration and external integrations. An estimate starts with the work each user needs to complete.

Include in your enquiry

  • Your organisation type and the problem to solve.
  • User roles, locations and approximate record volumes.
  • Sample forms and the reports you need.
  • Mobile devices, languages and offline requirements.
  • Existing spreadsheets or systems to connect.
  • Target launch date and priorities for the first release.

Agree in the project proposal

  • Modules, permissions and acceptance checks.
  • Migration mapping and data validation responsibilities.
  • Hosting, backups and data export arrangements.
  • Training, documentation and handover scope.
  • Support coverage and how future changes are estimated.
  • Milestones and the dependencies needed to meet them.

PLANNING YOUR PROJECT

Agriculture software
questions.

Is this a ready-made software subscription?

AgriNexa offers custom software development. Modules, hosting, support, delivery milestones and pricing are agreed for the project; this page is not a fixed subscription plan.

Can you build software for an FPO or NGO?

We can scope member or beneficiary records, field activities, inventory workflows and programme reports around your organisation. Specific integrations and features are confirmed during discovery.

Can existing spreadsheet data be migrated?

Migration requirements are reviewed during discovery. Share sample columns and record volumes so field mapping, duplicate handling and validation can be included in the scope.

Will the mobile app work offline or in local languages?

Offline use and local-language interfaces must be included in the project scope. Discuss which forms need to work without connectivity, when records should synchronise and how conflicting updates should be resolved. The IFC mobile showcase demonstrates a Hindi sign-in screen; it does not establish offline support for that app.

How long will development take?

A timeline is agreed after reviewing the modules, user roles, data migration and integrations. Identify the essential first-release workflows and any dependencies, such as access to an existing system, before setting milestones.

How much does agriculture software development cost?

The estimate depends on modules, user roles, mobile app requirements, integrations and data migration. Share your workflows and target launch date to receive a scoped proposal.
